My connection to the state of Washington is rather remote. Anna Louise Hayward was born in Spokane, Washington on July 17, 1881. She married my second cousin twice removed, Ralph Barnard Trousdale. His parents were James Barnard Trousdale and Mary Barbara Valdivia. Mary’s parents were Rafael Joseph Valdivia and Frances Augusta Sanders. Frances parents were Henry Lewer Sanders and Barbara Anne Warwick, out common ancestor.
